The rooms weren’t hygienic, the service was very poor, and the staff were rude.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the bedsheets were old. We ordered dinner, but they brought it from outside and it was so bad we couldn’t eat it. There was no food available otherwise. The staff were all new and didn’t seem to know hotel management or maintenance. My worst experience ever.

The owners helped us, so I’m giving them two stars. But the staff were ridiculous and refused our stay even though I’d booked in advance through OYO. Yogesh in particular was annoying and didn’t know how to welcome guests. Don’t come here if you want a comfortable stay.

They wouldn’t check us in after we’d already traveled all that way, and the hotel is far outside Jaipur. They refused to honor the rate shown on Goibibo and OYO, saying there was an issue with the price. The place seems poorly managed, and the swimming pool wasn’t open either. Please don’t go there.
