The Saneer Boutique Hotel

I was pleased by breakfast the morning after I posted a one-star review at midnight over a few problems, especially the AC not working. The rooms were excellent, hospitality top-notch, and hygiene impeccable. Everything else felt perfect to me, with only the AC cooling needing some attention.

The food was great, and my family and I really enjoyed breakfast and the stay. We spent three days here. The rooms were very clean and had the basic amenities we needed. The hotel is near Jaipur airport and other tourist attractions, and the staff were polite and helpful.

I’ve stayed at The Saneer Boutique nearly ten times, and so far I’ve been satisfied. The team is cooperative, quick to respond, and the food is tasty and reasonably priced. Rooms are hygienic, service is good, and standard amenities are provided. Being near Jawahar Circle Garden and about five minutes from WTP is convenient. It’s a corner property, so parking nearby is easy and there’s plenty of space. I recommend it to families, solo guests, and groups. A few things could be improved based on what I noticed. The window hangers should open easily with a pull string, and the windows need curtains. I’d prefer foam or woolen bed support instead of wood, with switches on both sides of the bed rather than in the middle. There was no doorbell during this stay, though that may have been a one-off. The smart TV remotes need better care, and the breakfast menu could use one more item.

I was anxious all night and couldn’t sleep because the window wouldn’t close, the door didn’t lock properly, and the bed creaked badly. The mattress was very thin, too. Breakfast was poor, unhealthy, and had hardly any good choices. What they served was completely different from what they’d promised. The aalo parantha was thick and undercooked, and the sour apple juice gave me throat pain. The few food options weren’t labelled either. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
