Treebo Vinayak Inn, Jagatpura

The rooms at Vinayak inn jaipur were cosy and super clean, and the friendly staff made me feel at home. Special thanks to Praveen at Resturant for guiding me on this trip. I loved staying here and will definitely come back in a few months.

We stayed for more than eight days, and the staff behaviour wasn't professional. They kept staring into the room. They charged Rs 100 for fried chillies, and at checkout we found food billed incorrectly. They don't keep proper records. We were also charged extra the last time we stayed.

This was a terrible experience for my brother's wedding. We booked three days in early December after the hotel made big promises about facilities and everything going smoothly. Instead, guests had no running water, not even regular cold water for washing. The solar geyser on the terrace gave no hot water either. For all three days, the owner kept saying there was a technical problem and it would be fixed in an hour. Frequent power cuts added to the trouble. The hotel is right at the 7 phase crossroads, which is extremely busy, with constant vehicle horns making the surroundings irritating. We had to call the owner and argue every day without result. Our guests left with a very bad experience, and now our standing in society is at stake. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at any cost, even if it were free.

We felt very welcome on our first trip to Jaipur. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. It was a lovely stay, and I’m grateful we chose this hotel.
