We were a little anxious after reading the reviews, but our one night here turned out well. The room was clean and smelled pleasant, and the restaurant food was tasty. We were only charged 5% tax on the meal, compared with the 18-25% we’d paid before. The rooftop bar was closed because it was a dry day. Staff were nice and breakfast had a great spread. The hotel feels more like a 3-star place than a 4-star one, but we still had a good experience.

Before checking out of Zone By The Park Jaipur, Room No. 2004, I want to thank the people who made my 14-day stay feel like being cared for by family. This was my first visit to Jaipur, Rajasthan, and I’ll remember the support, warmth, and personal attention I received. Manish Bhaiya from housekeeping made an unfamiliar city feel like home. He helped when I needed guidance, looked after me when I was ill, and was there for a chat after a long day. Even talking with him for 15-20 minutes could brighten my day, and I feel emotional that those conversations will be less frequent after checkout. If you stay here, you might ask for a room on the 2nd floor where Manish Bhaiya manages housekeeping. I’m not saying that as special feedback, you’ll find your own reasons to thank him. He has a rare way of making people feel valued and cared for. Manish Bhaiya, may Lord Shiva bless you with everything you have prayed for. His concern and little gestures, like asking every hour if I was okay, helped me feel less alone in a new city. At reception, Hyan Bhaiya was patient and soft-spoken. He listened closely, understood guests calmly, and handled things with kindness and professionalism. Daksh from frontline support feels like a younger brother to me now. God bless you, bhai. Keep working smartly and sincerely. You have a bright future, and I’m sure success will come soon. Mohit Bhaiya in dining support was always smiling, warm, and ready to help. His greetings of “Good Morning, Good Evening, and Good Night!” still make me laugh. He’d ask, “Bhaiya, aapko khane mein kya chahiye? Kya accha lagta hai? Aapka din kaisa gaya? Meri madad karne layak kuch hoga toh batayiye.” I’ll truly miss you, bhaiya. When I had a migraine and couldn’t come to the dining area, he personally brought food to my room. That meant a lot. Thank you, Zone By The Park, for making me feel so welcome and for giving guests a special experience. Please take good care of these people. They’re genuine gems and real assets to the hotel, especially Manish Bhaiya, who deserves to be valued and appreciated for the person he is. My stay was unforgettable.

I’m so glad I stayed here. The staff were wonderful, and especially good with my daughter. Chef Lucky made whatever she wanted without hesitation. Meena and Saanvi at reception were welcoming, and when I left my baby food at the hotel, they went out of their way to help. Apinee and Mohit in the restaurant looked after my daughter so we could eat. This is a reasonably priced hotel with five-star staff. They deserve a higher rating.

Our experience at Hotel Zone during the Jan 11 Lohri Exhibitionand Nature's Grace Achievers awards ceremony was extremely poor. The staff were uncooperative, and the logistics were practically nonexistent. We had to carry all our exhibition materials to the basement ourselves because no bellboys were provided. When we brought this up, Operations Manager, Mr. Bharat, behaved rudely to a senior member of our team and mocked them, saying, "If you can't carry your stuff, you should not be putting on an exhibition." A venue that offers clients neither basic courtesy nor physical support is not suitable for events. Avoid this hotel if professional service and respect matter to you.
