The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was good. There’s a nice city view from the rooftop, though the temple view wasn’t anything special. The rooms themselves looked good, but I got the impression they mainly set aside the better ones for foreigners. Check when booking whether you’ll have an attached bathroom. Ours was private, but it meant walking down a tall set of stairs, and I worried about privacy because a small ventilator looked onto a shared lobby. Our room wasn’t good.

The rooftop is a great place to eat, with an incredible view of the temple. Temple View is right inside the fort, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff were so friendly, always happy to help or chat over chai. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it!

A top stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic. Everyone was genuine, friendly, and so accommodating. I really can’t recommend it enough.
