The view outside is very good from this hotel, and it’s in a very good location. The rooms are luxurious, and the food service is good too. Thank you to the hotel central parking group staff.

The location is great, but the rooms were in really bad shape. They smelled bad, the ceilings were damp, and the place wasn’t cleaned at all, with spider webs here and there. When we ordered dinner to the room, the plates and cutlery were really tampered, the kind you’d throw out of your kitchen. A very bad experience.

The room was good, and the staff were friendly. Service was good too 👍

After a seven-hour drive through heavy rain, carrying my daughter into this place was hard enough. The front desk lady’s stinky attitude was the last thing I needed. The rooms were dingy, with black mold all over the ceiling, and the power kept cutting out so often I lost count. They cost 1200 each, and there were no facilities. I know 1200 isn’t a lot for a room, but these rooms weren’t worth it. The price looked lower and the place decent in pictures, and we’d found it through a friend’s recommendation. I’d paid in full the day before. Agoda’s tariff was lower than theirs, but the difference was only 400 per room, and that price difference isn’t my problem, right? We weren’t planning to eat there, but staff told us we wouldn’t get breakfast. I hadn’t asked for any. Go see the rooms and only pay after you’ve looked.
