Radisson Resort Pondicherry Bay

Service could be a little quicker, but the staff made a real effort for us. Soubhik helped arrange food for our 7 month old baby girl at breakfast, including the customizations we needed. Gautam was attentive too and made sure we got hot tea when we asked for it at Hi tea closing time. Govind decorated the room beautifully for my mother's birthday. Kavya helped us during checking and gave us a couple of great vouchers that we were able to use. The overall experience was very good.

The food had a good range, though I felt the quality could be a bit better. Hygiene was decent but could improve too. What made the visit special was the people: Pavni, Shanti, Uday, Murli (the activity coach), and Kavya were all warm and kind. The team put on lovely activities that helped guests connect, and the service felt personal. The resort is peaceful and green, with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. They gave us a thoughtful gift when we arrived, then took a picture for us near the end, printed it, and gave us small gifts as well. The staff and service made the stay warm and memorable.

We had a relaxing visit, including a soothing treatment at Bodhi Prana spa. The restaurant had a wide range of tasty food, and the staff there were prompt. Our room was spacious with modern upgrades, and everyone was courteous and helpful. Pavani at the registration desk was especially helpful with registration and explaining the facility. The facility, staff, and service all get 5* from us. We’d gladly return and strongly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Pondicherry.

We were welcomed as soon as we arrived at Radisson Resort Pondicherry, and check-in was smooth. Our rooms were ready before the scheduled 3 PM check-in time. They were roomy, comfortable, and bright, with clean bathrooms and all the essestials. The restaurant served fresh, tasty food, and the beach is only a short 5 mins walk away. The kids liked the clean, good-sized pool. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the property.
