The location near the market was the one good point, since it was easy to find food, transport, and other basics. The service, though, was very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There were frequent power issues, the telephone didn’t work, and there were no switches by the bed. They also didn’t provide body wash, shampoo, or liquid handwash. When I told the receptionist about the hot water problem, he got angry because the bathroom was occupied and rudely accused us of wasting his time. I asked for tea at 7:40 AM for 8:00-8:15 AM, but when we were about to leave and asked for it, he said he’d forgotten. The staff were highly unprofessional.

The hotel is near Mall Road and has parking. The staff were good and helpful, the room was nice, and the price was great. 💯

The receptionist was amazingly rude. Calling him a rude person would be an understatement. He said a 3-person occupancy hotel could only get one towel. I’ll leave it to you to judge whether that kind of service is acceptable in Manali or anywhere else in the world.

The rooms were good, and the location in Model Town, Manali worked well. Staff were good too, and the service was good.

Just 300 m from Mall road, and the price is reasonable. The rooms were good and clean, and the service was very good. I didn't think much of the chai, though, and I can't comment on the food.
