The amount I was asked to pay at check-in included extra charges that had never been disclosed, despite the price and terms I was given before arriving at Moon Light Hotel. I consider this more than a simple mix-up: giving misleading information to get more money amounts to fraud and an unfair trade practice. Pricing and policies should be clear and accurate upfront, as customers have a right to that information. This feels like an intentional effort to mislead guests for financial gain, and it's unacceptable and unprofessional in hospitality. I formally demand an immediate refund of any unjustified excess charges, a written explanation from management, and corrective measures to stop this from happening again.

The location worked really well, with all the places we visited nearby. My family and I had a very good time at Hotel Moonlight. The food was good, hospitality was nice, and the staff behaved well. Thanks to Hotel Moonlight and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Very happy with it, highly recommend.

For lunch, we ordered the Moonlight special thali. The presentation looked good, the ambiance was quiet, and the service was quick. Daal makhni was good, but we didn't enjoy the paneer sabji and ate only the mix veg. Not a great meal, though it's a decent place.

At check-in, they demanded charges that hadn't been disclosed, which I consider fraud and an unfair trade practice. Worse, staff used abusive language and threatened to physically harm our elder brother. This was an extremely poor and unacceptable experience. Their conduct raises serious concerns about guest safety, ethics, and basic hospitality standards. Authorities should investigate promptly and take appropriate legal action. Establishments behaving this way shouldn't be allowed to operate, and strict action is needed to help prevent harm to future customers.

Mr. Lokesh made sure everything was perfect during our stay, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Hotel Moon Light has a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere, just right for relaxing after a long day. We had an amazing stay and I highly recommend it for warm hospitality.
