OYO 9933 Hotel Meera Mahal

They called it a buffet, but served puri and sabji with insipid tea. They wouldn't provide bread and butter for our kids when they didn't want puri sabji. The old building looked so bad that it seemed it could collapse at any time, and the Google images were supposedly from when the hotel first opened. I found them fake and old. Staff couldn't even speak properly, and the hotel was a complete fraud. When my guest complained and sent me a video screenshot, they were told, "You have to sleep in the room, not the washroom. If there's too much of a problem, check out." What a waste of money. Better to book a Dharamshala or another hotel, but don't go to this cheater hotel.

The staff were rude and had no basic manners, and the food was poor quality and unhygienic. This was very disappointing. The hotel doesn't care about guest satisfaction, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I was doubtful after reading the old Google reviews, but visiting the hotel cleared that up for me. It had been fully renovated and everything changed. The owner was very polite, and the manager and staff were helpful too. The service and food quality were top notch. I'll definitely stay at Meera mahal next time.

The rooms were pathetic and dirty, and the place was very unhygienic. The owner and staff were rude, and it was unnecessarily expensive. Tourists, I request you not to stay here at all. Worst hotel in Jaisalmer.
