We were left stranded outside in the dark around 1:30 - 2 am, and only a good samaritan helped us find a roof for the night. I was traveling with my senior-citizen mother. I'd booked through Ixigo, and the booking ID clearly listed check-in at 3 am, but the owner refused to let us in. He wouldn't even share directions to the hotel, and his hostility shocked us. He said he doesn't allow online bookings through sites like Ixigo.com. The owner is a chronic drunkard, and he seems to be running illicit activities at the hotel at night. Avoid booking here at any cost.

Good service. The desert package was very nice, including Jeep Safari, camel safari, and the desert culture program.
