Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was unforgettable, with delicious food and a view of the illuminated fort at night. My room was clean and comfortable, decorated in traditional Rajasthani style that gave the stay a royal feel. Shahi Palace Hotel is perfectly located, and I had a truly wonderful, special and authentic stay in Jaisalmer with a beautiful view of the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort.

The restaurant staff gave us a slightly odd impression and didn't seem very familiar or welcoming. The hotel itself was peaceful, with an amazing terrace view of the fort, and its central location made nearby places convenient to visit. The owner was friendly and helpful, arranged everything for us, and even provided a cab when we needed one. It was a good experience overall, and the hotel is couple-friendly.

The food was good, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the stay more enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Shahi Palace Hotel is close to Jaisalmer Fort, and the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view of the fort, especially at night. It was a wonderful stay and great value for money. I'd highly recommend it and would love to return.

The room was small and disappointing, and the toilet's awkward design made it uncomfortable to sit properly. The sheet was torn and not warm enough for the cold weather, and the geyser didn't work, so we had to bathe in cold water. We ordered fries, pizza, and chicken biryani. The fries and biryani were good, but the pizza was completely burnt underneath. The food was average overall, and I wasn't satisfied with the service. I expected better maintenance and hospitality at Shahi Palace Hotel. The location near Jaisalmer Fort and Patwon Ki Haveli was its best feature, with an amazing rooftop view of the illuminated fort at night.

The owner treated us with real kindness. My family and I were fasting, and he went out of his way to make us comfortable, arranging home-cooked food and making sure we had everything we needed. He was very friendly and handled our arrangements smoothly, from planning the sand dunes trip to organizing the airport drop. We felt cared for like family and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaisalmer. We truly loved our beautiful stay. The terrace view of Jaisalmer Fort was a highlight, especially at sunrise and sunset.
