Hotel Binwa View

We agreed to a ₹1700 room after reception said it was discounted from the ₹2500 category. Before we arrived, we’d called and been told rooms ranged from ₹1260 to ₹3500 a night. At the hotel, though, they said only ₹2500 and ₹3500 rooms were available. After taking payment, they brought us to a basement room that was in very poor condition and felt worth no more than ₹1000. It wasn’t what we’d been led to expect. When we called the owner to complain, they just said we’d received a discount and had to take that room. The experience felt misleading and dishonest. Guests should see the room before paying. Very disappointing.

Mr. Kamal Sharma provided amazing service. The food was delicious, and it arrived quickly. The hotel was clean, nicely maintained, and beautifully designed, while the staff were polite and ready to help. The location was convenient too.

The rooms were immaculate and the service stood out, with staff who were warm, professional, and attentive. The hotel has a luxurious feel and excellent facilities, and everything during our stay went smoothly. It felt like a true five-star experience. Highly recommended.

We came late at night just needing somewhere to sleep, and the ₹1600 room we were shown was cramped and underground, nothing like the online photos. The rooms that look good in the pictures apparently cost ₹5000-₹6000. It feels misleading. Please put up real photos for every room type.
