The hotel’s setting in Jaisalmer made it easy to reach the fort, markets and desert experiences, while still feeling quiet and tucked away from the bustle. The infrastructure is stunning, and calling the property an oasis almost undersells it. What made the stay meaningful and restorative, though, was the team. From my first interaction with Kaustubh to Harsh’s warm goodbye, each moment felt thoughtful. I hope the staff stay as motivated and encouraging as they are now. This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time, and I'd absolutely recommend it.

The food was good, the ambience was pleasant, and this place felt like heaven on earth. Suryagarh is such a beautiful, huge property, unlike anything I've seen before. Thanks to everyone for the lovely service and for greeting us whenever we crossed paths. The housekeeping team, especially samaina, khushi and Mr. Ravindra, kept us comfortable and happy throughout the days. They always checked if we needed any amenities. I've never had such a great housekeeping team. Thank you, Suryagarh, and thanks to the team for taking such good care of a property this big.

Breakfast was enjoyable, but the à la carte dishes were average and didn't taste fresh. Valet parking was offered proactively only when we checked in. After that, the guards and staff seemed indifferent, and we were left to handle parking ourselves. The property is undeniably beautiful. Suryagarh's architecture and design live up to its reputation, with grand, carefully considered details throughout. But service and hospitality didn't match the setting. When staff asked whether we were celebrating anything, we told them it was our first wedding anniversary, and the cake we received was burnt. For a luxury property where details matter, that felt careless and disappointing. The uneven service and food quality had a real effect on our stay. With more attention to guests and better staff training, the experience could live up to the property's visual grandeur.

I was at Suryagarh for a family function, and staying in the havalies felt luxurious and fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the housekeeping team made us comfortable with genuinely great service. A special thank you to samaina, khushi, sunil and Mr. Suresh for being so kind and taking such good care of us. I'd love to come back again and again. Thanks once more to housekeeping.

We were looked after by the hotel manager, Mr. Murtuza, from check-in right through to checkout. He made the whole stay feel comfortable, warm and special. Latif,Shinglai and Dazzy also served us so warmly at dinner and during the cake cutting. Suryagarh made our 20th wedding anniversary memorable with a lovely dinner at their speciality restaurant and a beautiful setup for cutting the cake. The hospitality was on another level. We're already looking forward to visiting this beautiful property again and enjoying more of it. thankyou!
