Avoid booking here. The rooms are old-fashioned, service doesn't arrive on time, and nobody answers the hotel's calls. The lift works like one from 1970. There isn't even a kettle in the room. One of the worst hotels in this region.

Hot water ran only for an hour in the morning. The rooms weren't very clean, and the washrooms were quite dirty too. The hotel looks nothing like the images they posted.

The location was good, the room was okay, and room service was good. But the hot water for bathing wasn't available. At 9:15 the breakfast buffet was empty and hadn't been refilled, and the food didn't taste good.

They haven't even provided water or a hot water kettle. The rooms are bad, with shabby, awful bathrooms, and nothing like the nice pictures on the websites. Definitely not recommended.

The furniture was broken, the sheets were dirty, and the washrooms smelled. Staff wouldn't cooperate and asked for extra money for a child even though I'd already paid the full amount in advance. Everything that could go wrong at a hotel seemed to go wrong here.
