For a budget property, the rooms are adequately equipped and maintained, and both food and service are good. I had a good experience overall. The lighting in the room could be improved, though that's a personal preference.

The hotel is reasonably priced, and the staff are good. My only concern is the local-brand water bottle: it has a 20 rupee price but they sell it for 74. If they're charging above the MRP, they should at least provide good quality.

Parking is something the hotel needs to work on. It's opposite the district court, so the area gets very busy during working hours. The smoke smell from the interiors and rooms also made it really uncomfortable, and they need to get that under control.

I booked through MMT and paid for a super deluxe room, but they gave me a normal room and charged me for it. There were no washroom supplies, either. I had booked dinner and breakfast, and they promised a dinner buffet, but there wasn't one. I was a little late for breakfast, so they refused to serve it in the room and didn't provide it at all. Worst hotel to stay in.

This was a nightmare while I was staying with my wife and minor daughter. The shower was broken, so we asked for hot water in buckets, but they didn't bring any for two hours. We had called the MakeMyTrip helpline, and then at 12:15 AM the manager ordered us to leave the room. We had to call the Punjab police for help, and only then were we able to stay.
