The bathroom was very dirty, the room looked old, and the TV didn’t work. The adult man working as the roomboy was unhelpful and didn’t smile or greet us. I asked for a non-balcony room because the balcony rooms face the main road and are noisy. If you don’t mind noise, you could choose one of those. The help desk also seemed confused at times, so people coming from overseas may be better off staying somewhere else. I’ve stayed in India many times, including in a bad place when I was stranded during COVID-19 in 2020, but this was the worst. I’d rate it 4 out of 10. Better not to come here and waste your money.

Good value for the money and time. The place is well maintained, the staff are customer friendly, and parking is available. They also provide rooms with bathrooms for drivers. Very nice accommodation.

A cheap, comfortable place in the main area, and good for a family stay. The non-AC room was simple, neat, and clean, so it felt worth the money.

After checking out, the receptionist asked us to wait while a staff member checked our room. He came back holding something, though I couldn’t see clearly what it was. The receptionist took it from him and told us to leave without asking whether it belonged to us. When I got home, I realized I’d left my multi-pin adaptor in the room. I’m certain the item they found was mine, and since it came from the room we’d stayed in, they should have checked with us before keeping it. That was very poor service and felt outright dishonest. Extremely disappointed.
