There's no parking space, and the hotel needs renovation or a complete overhaul to keep up with other hotels in the city. Taramount Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Jalandhar, though it is well maintained and clean. Its prime location in Model Town is a real advantage, very close to Model Town Market.

The food is very tasty, and it’s a nice place to visit. Hotel Taramount has air-conditioned rooms with a seating area, a restaurant, a terrace, and a 24-hour front desk in Jalandhar.

The staff weren't helpful, and this was a disgusting experience. I called reception to ask about room prices and was told 1800, but they charged me a different amount when I arrived. They also add 2% for card payment. Last of all, they charged 790 for complimentary food, including coffee, snacks, and 2 redbulls. Think twice before going in.

We paid 2440 with GST for a room we booked today, but the service was very bad. The door was broken, the bed sheet was dirty, and staff were rude, acting as if we'd committed a big crime when we checked out. We wanted to spend the whole day there. There was a little blood spot, and they charged us 350 rs for it, saying it was damaged. That was awful. Very bad experience, and I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Email us if you want, and I'll send a picture of the little spot.
