Hotel The Brew Times By OYO

I booked for 3 days, but had to check out on the very first day. It was my birthday and the hotel staff ruined the whole day. At night, the security guard came to the 2nd floor, told me to open the door, and drank in front of me. He had no way of talking to people. The staff at reception at night were useless too, and wouldn't even pick up calls for the last 2-4 days. Now wait for revenge.

The ambience and taste were good, and the price felt fair for the service and portion size. You get a suitable quantity for what you pay. On the downside, service was a little slow, especially at the payment counter. The optional service charge was already included in the bill.

This place really doesn't focus on hospitality. The rooms are very small, with no table or chair to sit comfortably, and they don't provide everyday basics like slippers or a comb. It's on the 4th floor. Breakfast starts late and is shoddy. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

The food is excellent, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Staff service isn't up to the mark, and you have to remind them more than twice or three times to get anything done.
