I wanted to give this place zero stars. It's far from the main road and not at all recommended, especially for families. The rooms were disgusting and poorly maintained. There was no hot water, the AC didn't work and I had to change rooms, the taps didn't function properly and gave dirty water, and there were no buckets or floor mats. The floors were unwashed, the bedsheets were not clean or proper, and the room lacked basic hygiene and proper curtains.
The online photos made the place look clean and appealing, but the actual rooms were disgusting and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were very dirty, and there were mosquitoes in the washrooms. Nothing was as advertised. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The lodge was unreachable, and when we finally got there, it turned out to be in a residential property far from the main road. After seeing the room, we left immediately and booked another hotel, even though that took us three hours. The lodge cost 1200/-, while Agoda charged 2500/-. Why? I'll have to think twice about booking with Agoda on my next trip.
There was grime everywhere and a stink throughout, like being in a haunted house. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms even worse, and it seemed the place hadn't been cleaned in years. This was the worst travel experience I've had. It felt like a complete fraud, and I don't understand why Goibibo and Make My Trip keep supporting it. Places like this should be removed from their platforms, or someone should check that the photos match the actual condition.
OYO took 25% of the payment, but the location led me to an open plot where there was no hotel. OYO had no answer and didn't refund me. It was a scam, and it cost me almost an hour of my time and ruined my sleep.
