OYO 29023 Pritee Resorts

The management was nowhere to be found when we had questions, and the people around seemed to be laborers rather than anyone able to help. Our room's AC didn't work, the jacuzzi was out of order, and the pool was so dirty that it wasn't cleaned once during our stay, so we couldn't use it. This was the worst resort experience I've had. Don't let a stay here spoil your time away.

The rooms had a comfortable lounge area, but they were dirty, and the balcony outside was full of rainwater. We had to look for the manager ourselves, and couldn't find anyone at reception. Food had to be ordered from outside and took more than an hour to arrive. The workers also struggled to communicate. With better management, this could have been a good place.

We were promised complimentary breakfast when booking, but the resort didn't honor it. We also had to ask for everything, from towels and bottled water to toiletries, and they provided just one blanket for two guests. When we arrived in the middle of the night as we'd told them we would, reception was empty. The room they first gave us had dirty, torn bedclothes, though the manager changed it after I insisted. Manager Kartik never wore a mask despite the rise in Covid cases. Nothing was offered as part of the usual welcome. A very poor experience.

We booked through oyo rooms and were refused breakfast. The bed linen was dirty, the geyser didn't work, the wash basin leaked, and there was no security. Staff weren't cooperative, and when we reported all these problems, neither OYO nor the hotel did anything. I've never stayed in a worse hotel. It was a complete waste of money, so don't go here.
