We had a good, clean stretch of beach with easy access, and the water felt safe to play in. A changing area near the beach would be helpful. This is a good place for a family day trip, though affordable room rates for day visitors would be useful. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. For the buffet, it would be better to let visitors choose what they want instead of serving whatever the chef has prepared.

The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, and there was plenty to do: a large ground for cricket, sea-saws, a slide, football, table tennis, and carrom. They also sell swimsuits for women and men. The beach area could use more seating, and the changing area could be better. We’d booked ahead for our team outing but still had to wait a long time. The food was average and the buffet didn’t have much variety.

The best part is the beach, which you can reach through the resort itself and enjoy for a while. They also keep the swimming pool clean. But we came back after visiting twice a few years ago, and the resort’s maintenance has slipped. The place is dirty, and the sofas and curtains don’t seem to have been cleaned. Staff and food were okay. If they replaced the upholstery, repainted the rooms, and handled basic upkeep, the resort could regain its past glory.

We had a good team outing with colleagues on ECR. The ambience is awesome, and I’d definitely recommend the place. Food was okay. It costs 600 rupees per head, with an extra 100 per person for the swimming pool. Five out of five.

For 700 rupees, this was a poor experience from beginning to end, and the arrangements felt unplanned. We didn’t get a room, parking space, or even a shade or hut to sit under. The indoor games area was dusty, dirty, and unusable; all the outdoor equipment was already taken. Food was mediocre at best, and the swimming pool costs extra rather than being included.
