Even after paying more than the rooms seemed worth, they kept saying they were at a loss. I had booked the full floor for family functions, but they gave rooms to other guests too, and I lost face in front of my guests. They don't care about guests, they just want money. The rooms were dirty and had almost nothing in them, not even an almirah, and their dealing was poor. 937 is too much for these rooms. They can't be trusted, so never book them for family functions. The worst hotel ever. I took pictures, but unfortunately can't post them here. They're lucky I haven't reported them to OYO.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and the charging points didn't work. I waited two hours for ordered food, but it never arrived and nobody even let me know. The phone wouldn't connect to room service, and the bathroom layout had the hot and cold water taps far apart. Worst experience.

It's an affordable place with good rooms, near GNDU campus in the Ladhewali area. The owner is very nice, and it's a couple friendly as well as family hotel. Open 24×7.

I booked an AC room through OYO, but when I arrived they offered a non-AC room and wanted extra money for AC. I had no nearby alternative, so I had to pay. Dishonesty seems to be the hotel's policy.

I left feeling very disgruntled as a guest. The place was unhygienic, and it lacked most basic amenities. The hotel photos online didn't look anything like the actual place. I wonder how they got the OYO licence in the first place!
