The event side was much better than staying here. We went to a wedding reception in Regency Hall 1 and 2, where the arrangements were well handled. The breakfast and lunch catering were the highlight, good in both quality and taste. Our experience with the rooms and hospitality was very poor. For a hotel of this stature, maintenance and room service fell well short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend staying until management addresses these basic issues. Good for a function or meal, but avoid the accommodation.

The location worked well for us: depending on traffic, it's 15 minutes to the airport, and the metro is a two-minute walk away. It's also near the famous vadapalani murugan temple, SIMS and Vijaya Mall. Street sounds depend on the room, but in such a lively city they were hardly avoidable and came across as soft background noise. Bhimaas Temple Tree Hotel is pleasant, with courteous staff, good breakfast and a clean, lovingly maintained feel. The charming Art Nouveau look makes it a visually peaceful place to rest. Jaya Madam coordinated my son's birthday celebration so neatly, and the event went smoothly. We really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, service outstanding, and the hotel was easy to reach. I'd highly recommend the place. The room was good, the view was great, and I'd rate the room 4/5, service 5/5 and location 5/5. Trip type: Holiday, Family Jaya team

Ms. Jaya coordinated everything very well, and we were satisfied in every respect. The mini hall (banquette) was ready on time, and the lunch menu served there was really delicious. Hats off to the entire team. We'd choose this place again and recommend it for the future.
