OYO 22774 Kumar Hotel

The breakfast was served on broken plates, with tea spilled over them, and the bathroom amenities were broken and shabby. The place was very dirty, and they deliberately shut off the AC from the outdoor MCB at 7 in the morning. The staff work hard, but they aren't qualified or experienced enough, so I don't think it's fair to blame them. The owner behaved like a mafia person. I wouldn't recommend this place to families, couples, or people on business trips. There are other hotels nearby, so try those instead.

The staff were better behaved than the owner. Before my wife and I had even checked in, he started abusing us. He acted like a mafia boss. I hope OYA listens and removes this hotel from its listings. Don't stay here unless you can act like a goon. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was fantastic, and the food was great. Breakfast had a huge range of choices. But the staff were unprofessional and made guests uncomfortable. I'd say it's good for families, though I wouldn't recommend it for couples. My rating is 5/10. Check-in is from 10 AM to 10 PM. Call before you arrive. You can order food from Zomato and Swiggy, and book through goibibo, oyo, trip advisor.

It was the worst two days. I booked a classic room but got a single-bed room, and the AC didn't work. The room was unhygienic, with condoms and cigarette butts everywhere, including under the bed. The blankets were dirty, and they kept switching off the AC from outside. They even charged for water, which is usually complimentary. The manager was rude. Oyo was no help either, just putting me on hold and then cutting the call. Even in your worst situation, I'd suggest choosing another place instead of booking this hotel.
