Prime K9 Regency by Fabhotel

The staff were cooperative and the hotel was easy on the budget, but the constant noise from other rooms made it hard to rest. Doors opening and closing, along with other sounds, carried on all night. There were also power cuts, and the bedsheets had marks on them.

We didn’t have a pleasant stay. There was no hot water in the bathroom during the December cold, some basic toiletries were missing, and noise from the floor above carried on at night.

Check-in took far too long, and the staff were rude and seemed to be asleep until around 7 or 8. Our room smelled bad, and nobody was helpful. I don’t think the service was good, and other OYO hotels seem better than this one.

The bathroom was clean, and the room size was okay. The sheets and pillowcases, though, were stained and looked as if the linen wasn’t being properly cleaned or sent to a decent laundry. We arrived after midnight, worn out from a long drive, so we didn’t ask for a change. Still, we had booked in the evening, and the staff should have made sure the bedding was clean. The lift also wasn’t working when we checked in because of a power outage.
