10/10
The rooms were roomy and spotless, with modern amenities, comfortable beds, working AC, and a balcony view. We also enjoyed the buffet, which had plenty of fresh choices, from local dishes to different cuisines, and the à la carte service was quick. The well-kept lawns, clean pools, and tasteful decor gave the place a vacation feel. There was plenty to do: we used the pool and indoor games, and the evening cultural program was well organized. Kids had a play area, while adults could find a quiet spot to unwind. The staff were courteous, responsive, and welcoming from check-in onward. For the price, the stay felt premium and was well worth it. It could suit families, couples, or corporate groups. I’m already thinking about another visit, and would recommend it to anyone near Kanpur looking for a short break.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant felt peaceful in the morning. The hostess paid close attention to everyone and made sure we were looked after. At check-in around midnight, the receptionist was still attentive and helpful, after having patiently explained everything by phone earlier and guided me with directions. Kingston Resort, Kanpur has a good location, peaceful grounds, and very clean rooms. The pricing is reasonable, though the amenities could be upgraded and the aesthetics improved. I also noticed a few mosquitoes in the room.

Jordan was cheerful and very helpful when we arrived at the Hilton Kingston Resort. We’d booked the same room under two separate reservations, and Jordan sorted it all out with a warm, friendly attitude. Five stars for Jordan’s service.

It’s a nice place, and the rooms are very good too. We ended up staying unexpectedly while driving back from Varanasi late at night. Breakfast was great as well.

There’s beautiful greenery around the hotel, which makes the atmosphere calm and refreshing. The staff were polite, cooperative, and always willing to help, so the stay was very comfortable. The buffet was delicious and had a good range of food with good quality. I really enjoyed the experience and would love to come back.
