Ramada Encore By Wyndham Viramgam

The bill at the end was wrong, and service was slow because staff kept disappearing. The waitress also seemed unwelcoming. We had to ask for basic things like finger bowls or wet wipes. When we ordered tomato soup the first time, it came with bread crumbs; on our next order, they were missing, so we had to remind the staff. The fried papad was burnt and tasted odd. Very disappointing service.

I went to a relative's function, and the program felt boring and a bit disturbing. I was looking forward to the food, partly because I'd seen the name "Ramada" in Chetan Bhagat's novel and expected it to be good. But it was only average, taste included. Sorry to say it, but I hope this feedback helps you improve.

Laxmi, Amit, Pathak, Susmita, and Sonu were all cooperative and helpful. The hygiene at Ramada Viramgam is well maintained, and both the food and service are very good. A calm place for lunch or dinner with family and friends.

The setting is neat and clean, with a very quiet atmosphere. Food is tasty and healthy, and the place works well for corporate events or family functions.
