In room 207, the AC doesn’t work properly, and the taps leak. You only get hot water for a bath after 8 am. There’s no intercom, and the passage lights are switched off at night. There’s only staff around at night. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The high price was disappointing. Service is very ordinary, room service is poor, and the cleaning is below average. The fan and light share one switch, so you have to leave the light on if you want the fan. Being so close to the railway station also makes it hard to sleep.
I prepaid for food I ordered on the train because cash on delivery wasn’t available, but the food never arrived. When I called, they didn’t answer.
It’s close to Jalgaon railway station, and the rooms are pretty good and well kept, especially when it comes to hygiene. They don’t allow outside food, so we ordered from the in-house restaurant, but the food was average. I’d look around nearby for lunch or dinner instead.
The food I ordered on the train was poor in quality and taste, and the portions were far too small for the price. Their service has left me very disappointed. You charge so much, yet a person can’t even fill their stomach. Shame on you.
