The owner, breakfast manager, and staff deserve special appreciation. We were a group of girls, so we worried about safety before arriving, but the two-night stay turned out great. They let us check in early since we needed to head out very early. Staff called our room twice about breakfast, and even though we were late, they waited for us. They served everything at the table and kept asking if we wanted more. Room service was quick and good, and Jalgoan station is very close. Breakfast and lunch were good too.

The chicken biryani was just steamed rice with random chicken pieces and curry. Calling it biryani is an insult to the dish. The tables weren't cleaned properly, and staff brought the bill before we could even wash our hands, which felt unhygienic. There was no coordination between the manager and staff, who seemed untrained and careless, and they had no etiquette for a supposed 3-star hotel. The service felt worse than a 1-star setup. The food and service were awful, a complete waste of money. I'm never coming back.

The suites were especially spacious and comfortable, almost like a second home. My room and washroom were clean and neat, and the staff were really friendly. It was an amazing, refreshing stay. Thanks to the team for making it memorable.

We had a comfortable family stay, and I'd definitely book here next time. Check-in was fast, the room was clean and modern, and breakfast was tasty with a wide selection. The hotel is close to the station, has an in-house restaurant, and the staff provided good service. Easy to book and relax, what more do you need?

The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities needed for everyday use. I had a great stay, and the staff gave wonderful service. Best hotel in jalgaon.
