The main problem for us was how guests were handled during our wedding. Some had travelled a long way, yet hotel staff went to their rooms with payment scanners and asked them to pay immediately for extra food. We had already said we would settle those charges in the final bill, so it embarrassed and upset our guests. The management also offered little coordination or cooperation from the start. When we raised genuine concerns about arrangements, the manager was rude and unprofessional in our experience, and discussions met with resistance and unnecessary aggression. Despite the premium pricing, service fell short, and staff made things difficult for our event management team, caterers, and family. This is our personal experience, shared to help others decide. For a major event here, make sure the agreements and billing terms are clear and in writing.

My family recently held a wedding at this hotel, and I found the location chaotic and especially unsuitable for a wedding. The manager kept targeting our event manager over garbage on the lawn. Since we had paid the hotel in full, I felt cleaning the lawn again was their responsibility. He also insisted that our catering manager's team collect all the catering waste and dump it outside themselves, at a spot a long way from the catering area. On top of that, my room door was double locked, leaving all my luggage locked inside. These may seem like small things, but they had a big effect on our stay.

The rooms were tidy, well kept, and had basics like hand wash, body wash, and shampoo. It’s a decent place to stay, but the service was quite slow. Nearby hotels offer better value, since the price here is on the high side and the service doesn’t match the premium. I’d prefer another hotel nearby for the money.

The food was good, though the selection was limited. The rooms were clean and good, but felt like a secondary hotel, and there were mosquitoes in the room. Service wasn’t punctual. I had to remind them even to bring water, and it wasn’t refilled on time. They charged for water after 1ltr.
