After a 12-hour bike ride, my wife and I arrived late at night for the room I’d booked online. The staff first told me, “You will not get a room today,” which was frustrating. They gave us a room after I asked politely, but both it and the washroom were in very poor, unacceptable condition. The place was crowded and noisy, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. It was a very unpleasant stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Choose somewhere else.

We chose this property through MakeMyTrip because of its ratings. Once the booking was complete, we found out it was non-refundable, so we had no other option. The property was badly maintained and didn’t live up to what the ratings and photos had led us to expect. The stay was very disappointing and unpleasant. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were nice, but the exterior is misleading. This is basically a marriage hall with very poorly maintained rooms. Dirty linen and an unhygienic washroom with a blocked drain made the stay nightmarish.

The staff were helpful and polite, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I had an excellent stay.

The location was great and the room was good, and the staff behaved well. But there’s no food service, and the tap water has so much iron that it stains the sink and makes the toilet look very dirty. I couldn’t bring myself to bathe or even wash my face because of it.
