The restaurant served great food, the rooms were really good and well maintained, and the location was good too. The underground parking was a little dingy, but that was the only issue with the facilities. The staff's unprofessionalism is what spoiled our stay. I called ahead specifically to reserve four rooms for two nights. I was quoted a rate “per room.” I should have confirmed whether it was per night, and the rate wasn't put in writing, so part of this was my mistake. Still, the staff's attitude was what really upset me. I spoke with lobby manager ANSHU, who greeted me when I arrived and knew about the reservation. I asked for the total, and he gave me a final amount. Later, I went down to the lobby and he asked how many nights we were staying. I said two, and there was no further discussion about the price. After the two nights, we were told the rate covered only one night and that we had to pay the remaining tariff. I tried to explain and spoke to a manager, who I believe was named Manish, but he just walked away without talking to me. More transparent communication could have prevented this, and both sides were at fault, including me. But the staff were extremely unhelpful about it, and that ruined the stay. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially after seeing other reviews like this. Learn from my mistake.
