The staff were really humble and helpful, and there’s free locker service. Room service was great too, and you can order Domino's here. The room had a well-equipped mattress and everything else we needed, though I didn’t take any pictures. It’s about 1-2 km from Raghunath Mandir and the main Jammu market. Highly recommended.

The rooms could use some attention from management. It’s an older hotel that was renovated recently, which has made it more attractive, but the rooms still need work. I’d rate the service 4/5, comfort 3/5, cleanliness 3/5, and ambience 3/5. Raghunath temple is around 1.5 km away, and Jammu airport is roughly 7.5 km away.

The location is convenient, close to the railway station, airport, and main market, and the staff are okay. But the rooms smell bad, the bathrooms are dirty, and they aren’t cleaned unless you ask. I’d also avoid the agent Sikandar lal Sharma. He’s just a driver and doesn’t seem to understand hotel stays. He may book very dirty hotels, send pictures of other properties, then take you somewhere else while charging for a 3-star hotel. He sells a package under the Gurunanak travels name, but once you arrive, he makes up his own package and tells you a lot of false things. Better to speak directly with his agency.

The website makes the hotel look appealing, but the actual atmosphere, professionalism, and amenities don’t live up to it. The curtains were dirty, the bathroom geyser didn’t work, and the shower was rusty. There’s no restaurant area, only room service.
