Hotel Madhuban

The staff were so good, and cleanliness and hygiene were maintained very well. The food was amazing too. The owner, Mr.Summit, is a decent person who guides you throughout. We had an awesome experience and I'll definitely stay here when I visit Jammu again.

The property is clean and well maintained, and the owner and staff were warm, welcoming, polite, and helpful. I especially liked that they could adjust the food to suit individual tastes, something I always appreciate when travelling. One thing could be better: the serving staff would benefit from basic training in hygiene and service practices, so they meet the otherwise good standards. My stay was very pleasant, 9.5/10. At night the room got chilly, and there was no heating system. There were mouldy spots, the in-room phone didn't work, and the central hot water took up to 30 minutes to arrive. I had to go downstairs to report the hot water issue. Breakfast was good, though it was ordered rather than buffet style. For the 2800/- I paid, the hotel felt average for the price. It's inside the main market. You could find the same kind of hotel around the area for less than 2k, so I'd only book this if there weren't other options.

I spent nearly four days at Hotel Madhuban and found the place clean, calm, and comfortable. The location was convenient for getting around, and everything was well managed. Rooms were neat and well maintained, the food was tasty, fresh, and hygienic, and the polite, cooperative staff were professional and ready to help. I had a very pleasant stay and found it good value. I'd definitely recommend Hotel Madhuban for a comfortable stay and good service.
