I regret booking this hotel. The food was very expensive, and GST was added to charges without an official receipt. The attendant, Mr Vijay, kept asking me to pay in cash or into his personal bank account instead of the hotel’s official account. He also refused to give us proper receipts for hospitality or restaurant charges. I found his conduct dishonest and greedy, and the whole experience left me feeling that my money and self-respect had been wasted.

The room was dirty and dusty, and the beds were so uncomfortable that the hard pillows gave me neck pain. Hot water kept running out while we were showering. We also found the lock housing exposed, so it seemed easy for someone to break into the room. When we asked to have the sheets changed, the owner brushed us off. For a paid stay, the room condition and the way we were treated were unacceptable. One of my worst hotel stays.

The room itself was nice, but the service was disrespectful. The staff were impolite and tried to get us to leave before checkout time. I’d just arrived in Jammu, and the owner and personnel’s behavior made staying here a big mistake. 😞😠😡🤬

It’s close to Katra Railway Station, and they offer pickup and drop-off from the station. Tour packages are available for exploring jammu & kashmir too. If you need a budget-friendly place to stay, I’d recommend it.

The rooms are small, with no outdoor space or view. The bathrooms and water facilities were the worst part of my stay, and they don’t even provide bottled water. A bad experience.
