Check the room in person instead of relying on the photos online. I had a terrible stay, and the rooms were nowhere near an acceptable standard. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, and staff refused to change one even after I pointed them out. The bathroom wasn't clean: the shower head was broken, there was no health faucet on the commode, the floor was dirty, and the sink was clogged. I found rubbish hidden under the bed and food leftovers under the chair mattress. The TV didn't work, and in most rooms neither did the air conditioner. The regulator on the switchboard was faulty too, and there was more besides this. Mr. Manager, please follow through on the promises you've been making and get the repairs done instead of putting them off. Future guests need honest, transparent information for their convenience. I wouldn't rate this at all; do the job first, then ask for validation. Thank you.

My experience was the worst. This is a rubbish hotel, and I wouldn't book it online or pay online. If you do book, pay only offline. Families should avoid this hotel.

The photos were filtered or fake, and the hotel is old and poorly maintained. My room didn't look like the pictures, the bedsheets weren't clean, and the whole place, reception included, stank of a strange smell. On top of that, the manager, a guy around 28-30, seemed a bit drunk, behaved inappropriately toward my sister, and made her take off her mask so he could see her face. We had booked one day through OYO because she had an exam centre in kota. The manager demanded double extra money over the OYO booking, then cancelled it when we refused. We had to get a taxi and find another hotel right away. It was a very bad experience, too far from the railway station and not at all safe for girls. The manager is a drunkard and harasses girls. DO NOT BOOK!

Like other travelers have said, the person at reception speaks very rudely and treated us badly. If you book through oyo or goibibo, he may refuse check-in or ask for extra money. I urge all online booking platforms to block this kind of fraudulent hotel. Nobody is safe there.
