Saptha Resort & Spa

I liked the room layout, especially the washroom arrangement: the bathroom and toilet were on opposite sides, with a space between them for washing up, dressing, or doing makeup. The room was spacious, and there was plenty of parking. The beds and mattresses were a problem for my lower back pain. My pain returned after the first day, and the replacement mattress I requested was even worse. Cleanliness was generally okay, though I saw a cat in the corridor, and the spa area washroom could have been cleaner. Staff had an excellent attitude and went out of their way to meet requests. The resort’s logo was distinctive, though not especially eye-catching to me. It’s in a convenient, quiet, beautiful spot. There’s a narrow road out front, but no large vehicles pass, so sitting in the open area was comfortable. Greenery all around and the early morning sky made for a refreshing atmosphere, and it was easy to relax and take photos around the property.

Sri. C. Ramanunni Nair, the GM, stood out for his professional, courteous manner and strong communication. He personally made sure guests felt welcome and cared for, and his attention to detail added to my stay. At Saptha, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the service and hospitality were excellent. I had a wonderful visit, highly recommend it, and hope to return.

The balcony bathtub overlooking the paddy fields was especially relaxing. We had a premium room that was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight too, with a good choice of Continental, American, and Kerala dishes. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink, and the complimentary high tea was a nice touch. Everything was smooth from arrival through departure during our stay at Saptha Resort in Wayanad. The only small drawbacks were no hairdryer or mini fridge in the room. It was a pleasant, relaxing visit, and we’d recommend the resort to anyone visiting Wayanad.

The chefs deserve a big thank you, their food was so good. We spent two days here and had a very good stay. The whole team impressed us, with clean rooms, tasty meals, and welcoming staff with smiles all around. LINA at the restaurant especially stood out. A heartfelt, genuine review from me. This place is worth a visit, and I need to come back.
