The manager was rude. After I complained to OYO about the facilities, he confronted me and told me not to come back. Complaints seemed to go unanswered even after I repeated them. There was no hot water or AC, houseflies filled the room, towels were missing, and the sheets hadn’t been changed before check-in. It was all disgusting. I’d warn people against staying here because you could get sick.

I emailed the details to OYO’s escalations team after seeing their reply, but nothing came of it. Posting a response above a Google review feels like a marketing gimmick if the problem isn’t actually addressed. OYO, stop faking it when you can’t take care of the matter. My stay was awful too: the room, sheets, and towels weren’t clean, and there was no water in the washroom. The manager, who says he’s the owner, was very rude.

Quiet and calm, with a friendly atmosphere. It’s near the bus stand, but food isn’t available.

The staff were so rude that I cancelled my booking and checked into another hotel. The room and service were pathetic, and I don’t think this place is suitable for families. I’d give it zero stars.

There’s lots of natural light in the good rooms, and it’s near Indra chowk roundabout. It’s a nice quiet place if that’s what you’re after, though the service standards were a bit disappointing.
