The room had a strong musty smell throughout. It was really bad, maybe one star at best.

Please don't book online. The experience was awful, and the rooms were extremely dirty.

The staff had a very lazy attitude. The rooms weren't clean, and the sheets and covers were soiled and smelled as if they hadn't been changed.

A nice room and good service.

Being close to the railway station was especially handy when I had to catch a train at an odd hour. Just make sure to book ahead with the hotel or online when visiting Jammu and Kashmir. Prepaid mobile numbers from outside the area don't work, so finding a decent hotel can be difficult. For the price, the hotel is very good. The rooms are well furnished and good.
