The air conditioning and lights worked well, and service came with a smile. But the place was badly maintained, and the bathroom seemed to get water poured over the floor instead of being properly cleaned. My own bed linen was clean, while my friend was given used linen. I also wondered whether my bathroom linen had been washed. On the third day, after two days there, I asked for a fresh towel and was told they couldn't provide one because the washerman hadn't come. Rooms in the middle had no windows, and there was no electric kettle or rod in the room.

Ryan, the manager, was understanding and accommodating, and handled my issue with great professionalism after a problem with the third-party booking agent. His response is what made my stay excellent and is the reason I'll book again. Thank you.

My experience at this hotal was terrible, and the good reviews seemed fake. The owner takes advantage of guests to get extra money. I booked through an online app, arrived to check in at night, and was refused a room unless I paid more. Completely fraud hotal and hotal owner. Be careful before booking.

A good budget option for a stay in Jamnagar, with free Wi-Fi and hot water available 24 hours a day. Parking is the one issue: the hotel has just one spot, so you may need to park elsewhere.
