The staff’s response was the worst part. When I raised the problems, they said there were no other rooms and told me to check out if I wasn’t happy. The room itself had a loose lock, a leaking basin, a flush that didn’t work, and no working geyser. There was also an exposed electrical board sparking inside the wardrobe. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The Wi-Fi barely worked, and there were bed bugs. When I complained, the owner told me to leave if I didn’t like it. Speaking with him felt like dealing with a mad old man. The customer service was disgusting, and he didn’t know how to speak to customers. I’d rather stay on the road than in this hotel.

The food was good, and the room was nice. Friendly staff too. A nice place to stay.

The rooms had dim lighting and no geysers. Complaining doesn’t help, as the old man tells customers to leave and can’t talk to them properly. I wouldn’t recommend it. Look for another place.

We left our luggage at reception, and later noticed that some sealed bottles were missing. The hotel authorities had also misplaced their own keys without letting us know, which caused some inconvenience.
