The food itself was good, but getting it took far too long. Even when the restaurant was empty or had only one or two tables occupied, staff seemed to prioritize online orders and leave diners waiting. You might be better off ordering online if you want food on time. My check-in was also slow. I arrived at 3 pm, an hour after my 2 pm check-in time, but still waited 45 minutes for a room because a wedding group had extended their stay past checkout. Later, the set-top box wasn’t working. I had to remind reception three times and shout before it was fixed, two hours after I checked in. This was my personal experience.

The washroom faucet and fittings are poor quality. Water splashes everywhere even when you’re just trying to wash your hands. They only gave us two small 500ml bottles of water, which clearly wasn’t enough. At 11 PM I called the restaurant and was told the chef had left, so there’d be no tandoor or Chinese food. I asked what chicken dish they could make, and they said they’d call back to confirm, but I never heard from them. I was very hungry, so I ordered on Swiggy. It was delivered to reception, but when I asked someone to bring it to the room, I was told to come collect it myself. It seemed like there was no room service.

The cafe is in a good location, but the food was disappointing. The noodles were raw, and the Maggi was swimming in oil with far too much garlic in the bowl.

Things were messy today. They changed our order, then were sluggish between orders. The restaurant needs to get both service quality and speed up to the mark.
