Akino Luxury

The food was really good, with fresh, well-prepared dishes, especially the starters and desserts. The staff were attentive and polite, and service was quick without making us feel rushed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I loved the experience and would happily visit again or recommend it to anyone after good food and a relaxing vibe.

The rooms and overall atmosphere look good, with clean, well-designed interiors that feel premium at first glance. But the service made the stay disappointing. Staff were unresponsive and missing basic hospitality manners. Simple requests took a long time or were ignored, and poor coordination meant we had to follow up repeatedly, even on small things. For a hotel that calls itself “luxury,” the service falls far short. Good rooms can't make up for poor management and inefficient service. Staff behavior and service quality need serious improvement.

The location is excellent, with the market and several eateries within walking distance. Rooms matched the pictures: neat, spacious, and beautiful. Sonai and team were sweet and always available for questions. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection, from fresh fruit to sprouts, plus a live kitchen. In-room service was top-notch too.

Anik was very polite and responsible, and made sure everything was taken care of, including breakfast. We really appreciated how attentive and well mannered he was. The rooms were roomy and quite luxurious, and we had a great stay. Thanks for everything.
