The room, beds, and toilets were neat and clean, but service was poor. The damaged geyser switch wasn't replaced for three days, so I had to get hot water from other rooms. There wasn't even basic coffee or tea available until 11 am, and they don't have a tie-up for that service. Poor response.

The room was not like the photos online, and the service was extremely poor. Please stop listing hotels like this.

The rooms are dirty and smell really bad as soon as you walk in. I asked reception for air freshener and didn't get any. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Last night's stay was unpleasant. I paid 1680 INR for the room, which felt far too expensive. In my experience, an 800 INR room offers much better value. The staff didn't respond properly and ignored my questions, while the TV, AC, and taps were all having problems. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The reception boy was rude, demanding, and had no manners. The room looked nothing like the photos, and the washroom was dirty, full of mosquitoes, and not cleaned. They didn't provide basic toiletries, and charged for water too, even though that should be a basic service. The worst OYO property I've ever stayed in. There's nothing good to say about it, and OYO should consider ending its alliance with the owner.
