I told the staff before checking in that I needed to leave at 4:00 AM. When I asked to check out then, they got angry and shouted at me. I even heard them speaking badly about me to the guard. The caretaker there is a real piece of shit.

For Jugsalai, this is the best hotel in my view. You can get in touch with them and book your event without hesitation.

The room was very cramped, and the washrooms weren't hygienic. The reception is sometimes left unattended, there were several power cuts in an hour, and the lift felt unsafe. During my visit, it wouldn't open its doors if anything was in the space by the door, between the lift and outside. The TV didn't work and there was no WiFi. Not a good place to stay, and I won't be back.

Bigshop in Ranchi was a really disappointing visit. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not supportive at all, with no basic courtesy or customer service. I wouldn't recommend going there. Management seriously needs to take action and train the staff.

The location is bad, and the service and hospitality were terrible. Staff behaved very rudely. They promise everything for a function, then disappear when it's time. I wouldn't recommend it even for a birthday party.
