OYO Flagship 11549 Crystal INN

The stay ended up being worth the money, and the hotel's service and hospitality were good enough that I stayed all four days. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were humble and helpful, and the place was clean and well looked after. It's couple friendly. The problem was checking in through OYO. The hotel said it couldn't provide room service at the low price listed there, so I waited over an hour. OYO didn't help, though it offered another hotel, which I declined. They refunded my payment, and I checked in here at almost double the OYO price. I had planned to stay four days and initially booked just one day because of the higher price, but then stayed the full four days. This is a genuine review.

The room itself was spacious and well maintained, but the service was poor. We had the AC set to 16°C for hours and were still sweating. There were no towels or toiletries either. When we asked, they handed us one tiny local soap, while other OYO hotels provide Biotique or Mama's Earth products. The food was awful, a waste of money.

The rooms were dirty, with stains across the floors and dust and dirt on the mattress and blanket. Reception staff were very sluggish, and the owner had a bad attitude too. I arrived on 16/02 and prepaid through the OYO App to get a Rs.500 discount. The manager refused to check me in because of that discount and made us pay another Rs.500 before letting us in. 1/10, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and neat, and the AC and TV both worked. The staff were very supportive, and the location was nice. I had a great stay and enjoyed it. Couples can book without overthinking it, and anyone reading this should feel free to book and enjoy their stay. Best of luck!
