The location is good and easy to find, but the hotel has no restaurant. Even complimentary food is brought in from outside. The rooms are cosy, though the toilet ventilation is poor and the bad smell lingers for a long time. We asked for towels several times and still weren't given any.

I booked a room through the OYO website a week before my wedding reception for a guest. Just before check-in, the property manager called and said he wouldn't let us check in at the low price, and that I should cancel. I reported this several times to OYO assistance. Their customer care executive advised me to cancel, and after I did, OYO deducted the full booking amount. I've followed up repeatedly, but the OYO team hasn't fixed it or returned my 9000 INR. I have all the booking and complaint service request numbers. They marked every complaint resolved without my consent, even though none had been resolved. The property manager said I could complain wherever I liked, but they still wouldn't honor the confirmed booking made through the website. The rooms and washrooms were unhygienic, the floor was dirty, and none of the electronic equipment worked. The TV was out of order, and the promised Wi-Fi never came despite many complaints. The room phone had been disconnected, so we couldn't call for service. They didn't provide a water bottle or tea packets either, despite charging the full amount. They humiliate customers and won't entertain requests, telling us things like, "you are wasting time by arguing," "cannot take request because no staff available," "you go out and take other hotels," and "you have not paid me." Breakfast was limited to idli and dosa, with no tea or coffee. There's no in-house kitchen, and they wouldn't arrange other paid items either. Service was so slow that Zomato delivered before the breakfast arrived, even after we followed up several times. The blankets were dirty and the pillows smelled, despite staff claiming they'd been laundered. The bathroom smelled too. They were quick to call and remind us checkout was at 11 AM.
