The rooms are good, but the service fell short of what I expected. There was no water during my shower, and I had to wait more than an hour. They also ask customers to cancel their OYO bookings.

I had a very bad experience and don’t want to visit again. The receptionist was disrespectful and spoke in a really nonsensical way. Just awful.
