Pod N Beyond Smart Hotel

There's no lift, which makes getting up to the 3rd Floor very difficult. Maintenance is extremely poor, and the rooms have unprofessional decor. The receptionist also needs to practise basic etiquette. Overall, poor.

I found the rooms and bathroom clean, and everything was well maintained. The staff were really friendly. Pretty great place to stay if you're on your own or with friends. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The central, easily accessible location was a big plus, and the clean, well-maintained room had enough furnishings and basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Staff behavior stood out most: they were professional, polite and ready to help. The hotel premises were tidy as well. There was a temporary power issue on arrival, which delayed room allotment. Staff responsibly let me rest in a pod while it was sorted out. Once I got a room, the AC still wasn't working until around 5 PM because of the power problem. Staff stayed attentive and courteous, and the issue was resolved promptly once the electricity was stable. Despite that initial hiccup, the stay was smooth and satisfactory. I don't blame the hotel for a temporary electricity issue beyond its control, and I appreciated how the staff handled it. Hotel Pod N Byond offers good value for money, excellent service and a prime location. I'd recommend it to solo travellers or for short business trips. I'd rate it 4 out of 5.

It was 36 degrees outside, but the AC blew hot air and wasn't working properly. When I asked them to fix it, they laughed at me and said, “We won't do anything, and we won't move you to another room,” while laughing.
